This is a small artist portfolio. Here is everything that happens behind the scenes.
If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which paintings get clicked, and understand how people move through the gallery. Google receives an anonymized version of your IP address (the last octet is removed) and a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie called _ga. We do not use this for advertising, and we do not share data with third parties beyond Google.
If you click Decline, or if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, no analytics cookies are set and no per-visitor data is collected. Google may still receive a cookieless ping that lets us see country-level traffic only.
The contact form opens your email client with a pre-filled message addressed to Joey. We don't store form submissions on the server — they go straight to Joey's inbox.
